"I was having issues with reaching out to the glass department regarding a windshield repair. It is an ongoing issue for 2 weeks but I'm leaving 5 stars for Jennifer at this location. She was patient with helping me find answers. She was on the line with me for over 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot the delay with my claim. Her guidance was much appreciated and I know if you have a request with Jennifer, she wouldn't leave you in the dark. I admired her accountability.. maybe something the glass estimate department should learn from her."
